Get to Know Millbrook

The Story

Millbrook is a small plot of land tucked in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina. The farm is run by Allison Nidiffer, an undergraduate at NC State University. Founded in 2019, Millbrook got its name from the town that nurtured Allison’s passion for agriculture, specifically cut flowers. Our mission here at Millbrook is to inspire a love of agriculture in others.

The Garden

Did you know that Millbrook isn’t all about flowers? We grow summer vegetables too! While our vegetables are not for sale, we have many resources on for gardeners of all skills levels who are interested in growing, nurturing and harvesting delicious produce for themselves. Follow us this summer as Millbrook takes on the Salsa Project. Where we will be making salsa from seed to seasoning.

The Farm

This upcoming growing season, Millbrook is cultivating over 10 kinds of annual blooms. Our expansion has given us the space to grow more varieties and colors for our customers and arrangements. If you live in the Raleigh area and are interested in receiving a free fresh bouquet during the summer please contact us for more information. This year is dedicated to expanding our knowledge about what we grow. Which means the bouquets for this year are free for local businesses and residents!
